    I will send you an email with all the materials needed to be successful in our 3 day challenge, with directions and visuals.

  • Day 1- Dec 16th

    You’ll receive your first challenge exercise in the morning and later that night I will host a LIVE zoom call to go over day 1 challenge results and findings.

  • Day 2- Dec 17th

    Day 2- Dec 17th

    You will receive your second exercise of the challenge in the morning and later in the evening I will host a LIVE zoom meet up to go over day 2 challenge results.

  • Day 3-  Dec 18th

    Day 3- Dec 18th

    On the final day, you will receive your last exercise in the morning, and later that evening we will meet up LIVE via zoom to review your overall challenge results.
