Set some time aside for you and your personal growth! In this hour, join me and other mamas, as we talk about the burnout that comes with being a mindful parent, exchange helpful parenting tips, and share the true experiences of raising a kiddo. As we hold this safe space for each other, let’s remember that we are all working towards showing up as better parents and humans. Learn and heal in communidad.

  • Where: via Zoom, I will send you the link the day before!

  • Other details: This is a safe space, come as you are mama! Drop in and out as needed. If kiddos are needed to be there, we understand. Come on in, check in, and give us the tea!
